Studio Policies

Payment

• Payment and Registration Fee for the class is due in full before beginning of class.
• All returned checks will be subject to a $25 service fee.
• No refunds allowed unless participant becomes pregnant or injured. Physician's note will be required. No exceptions!

Class Participation

• No cell phone use permitted in the studio.
• Participants are encouraged to bring his/her own water and towel.
• Proper attire and footwear is required (i.e. ballet shoes for ballet class, tap shoes for tap class).
• No street shoes permitted.
• Poles support a maximum weight of 200 pounds. If participant weighs 200 or more pounds, participation in a pole class is at participant's own risk. All pole class participants will be required to sign an additional waiver of liability for injury.
• Minors under 14 (fourteen) years of age are to be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under the age of 6 (six) are not allowed in the studio unless participating in a Mommy and Me class.
• Please inform your instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to class.
• All classes are for recreational exercise only and are not to be considered or participated in for physical therapy or rehabilitation purposes.
• Classes are first come, first serve. Holding places for participants who are not physically present at the beginning of class is prohibited. Reservations are permitted only for prepaid classes on our scheduler.
• For safety reasons, participants are not permitted to enter a class after it has started.
• Jordin's Paradise, management, instructors and staff are not responsible for personal belongings.
• I agree that Jordin's Paradise is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.
• I understand that classes at Jordin's Paradise may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.
• I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Jordin's Paradise or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
• A student can cancel their enrollment/reservation in a class prior to the start date and time of that class at their discretion. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend your registered class, please either go online and remove yourself 24 hours prior from the class or notify us immediately. You will have 90 days from date of purchase to make-up your missed class.
• All Class and Workshop payments are non-refundable.
• Classes and Workshops are non transferrable.
• Please be advised that a class may be canceled at any time at the discretion of the studio. Due to the small class size, PRE-PAYMENT AND PRE-REGISTRATION ARE REQUIRED. All Packages and classes are valid for 90 days unless otherwise described.

Drug and Alcohol Policy

• No smoking permitted in the studio.
• Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited prior to and during class. Management, instructors and staff reserve the right to refuse participation in a class if alcohol consumption, drug use, intoxication, influence or any other impairment is suspected.
