This class is a vibrant mash-up of classical technique and contemporary movement. In it, students will work towards finding their unique balance between the precision in ballet and the freedom of unihibited movement. With this workshop students will increase flexibilty, receive a full body workout, and learn the ins and outs of a ballet class.

Bikini Body Bootcamp

Bikini Body Bootcamp classes are dedicated to helping women get the bikini-ready curves they desire and deserve. Cardio blast interval training. Fast paced and result-guaranteed workouts. Non-stop circuit training will get your Body into your perfect bikini- shape.

Bollywood Dancing

We bring you back the rhythm and dance of India. Get back in shape with the Bhangra steps. Wear loose clothing with sneakers or bare feet. Balle, Balle!

Bring It! (Pom Pom Workout)

Bring it!® is a fun and sexy workout with POM POMS! You'll get a high energy and fun workout while learning sideline routines, sexy walks and fun choreography - just like the pros! You can look and feel just like the girls on the field!

Dancercise

A combination of ballet and dance that uses stabilizing techniques that will take your body to the next level as you tighten, strengthen and lengthen your muscle.

Flash Mob Workshop

Train to become a core dancer for the July 4th Flash Mob in this 8-week workshop. Learn choreography from popular music videos and get a great workout from the Flash Mob King, Omar!

Hot Mamacita

Shake your hips & tone your body to international rhythms while bonding with one of your favorite partners – your baby! The class is open to all levels of fitness, and will focus on calorie-blasting dance and toning that is low on impact, but high on fun for both mamacitas and babies alike. The appropriate age range for the class from at least 3 months old and up, as long as you feel comfortable wearing your baby in a carrier for most of the class. Carriers are required for the class, and soft structured carriers such as the Ergo are highly recommended.

Inner Diva

Let's spice it up and get fit while learning the hottest choreography by Def Lappard. Bring your High Heels or Cowboy Boots and wear all black. Yoga mat and Water are recommended.

Metabolic Express

Watch your strength increase, your cardiovascular performance improve and your fat melt away with Metabolic Express! This program will help you burn fat during the workout and set the stage to continue burning fat after. Exercises include sprints, burpies, lunges and deadlifts.

Pilates-Yoga-Stretching (Pi-Yo)

This is a combination of both Yoga and Pilates designed to increase overall flexibility, strengthen the core and relax the mind. Please bring a towel, water and your own Yoga/Pilates mat.

Pole Dance Aerobics
(Level 2 - Intermediate)

Tone your muscles and work on your upper body strength. Learn intermediate spins and tricks. 18+ Please wear shorts and a tank-top and NO body lotion.

Pole Cardio

This class focuses on muscle building and toning of the upper body, midsection and legs. This intense cardio class incorporates strength-building exercises like squats, lifts, lunges, and a whole lot more using the pole as your center and stabilizer while developing a high level of self-esteem. Sneakers required.

Pole-Yoga-Lates

Pole-Yoga-Lates® is the sexiest stretch class you will ever attend. Improve your flexibility and open up a whole new world of movement as we stretch with the pole. This class will also help tone your body, open up your hips and increase your strength by up to 30%. A must for every fitness student. This stretch class is also a perfect way to start your week. Stripper Bootcamp

Did you ever want to pole-dance like a Stripper, learn how to walk sexy in high heels and master the floor work and booty-shakin'? Then Stripper Bootcamp® is the class for you! High heels are required and booty-shorts are recommended.

T1TAN-UP Bootcamp

Be prepared for a dynamic station to station circuit training that will improve your body's ability to perform functional movements while engaging muscles that don't get the attention they need through regular gym workouts. T1TAN-UP!

Belly Dancing

The repeated belly dance motions are designed to tone hips, gluts, thighs and abdominals while perfecting the fluidity of belly dance movements. This is low-impact aerobic that burns calories and helps you explore your sensual side.

Bodyweight Conditioning

Increase your strength, balance and endurance with just your body and gravity as resistance! Bodyweight conditioning can be as gentle or as tough as you want it to be without being dull. You will produce newfound strength and flexibility using your body in its normal range of motion. Exercises include push up variations, lunges, squats, planks, crunches and rows.

Breakdancing

Breakdancing, also known as Bboying is an acrobatic dance. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of Breaking: Top Rock,Footwork,Freezes and Powermoves. Music is the key to all dancing styles, especially when it comes to Breaking. As a dancer you will learn how to feel the music and, at the same time, get a great workout.

Cardio Kickboxing

Skipping ropes, heavy-bag punching, push-ups, and squats This is an intense hour of fast paced cardio maximum calorie burning and strength training.

DhoonyaFIT

An easy-to-follow, cardio fitness program that's perfectly choreographed to the latest Bollywood music and guaranteed to bolly-fit your bod! Flirty Chair Dance

This full body training session will focus on toning your whole body and teaches you a sexy chair dance routine. The chair works as an effective weight bench. Knee pads are recommended for some of the dances. You can purchase yours here.

Hula Hooping

Remember how much fun you had hula hooping as a kid? Well, thanks to a new fitness trend sweeping the nation, you can now enjoy this favorite childhood pastime while getting in shape at the same time. In this class, you will learn "on the body" moves that will get you burning calories, strengthening your core, and shaping your waistline. You will also learn "off the body" hooping for upper body toning.

Laughing Yoga

Stretching and abs-training. The "don't worry be happy class." We combine Yogic-breathing techniques with unconditional laughter. This increases your brain-activity and you will feel less stressed, happier and even fitter.

Pole Play!

Pole Play! is an hour of independent practice time for our currently enrolled students, or students who have been enrolled within the last 6 months. It is an uninstructed hour to practice those new moves. An instructor will always be present to answer any questions, aid you if you're having a problem with a move, or to just cheer you on when you've got it down! This is a great way to get your dose of pole dance more than once a week! Please wear shorts and a tank-top and NO body lotion.

Soca-n-wet

Zumba

Zumba® combines Salsa and aerobic cardio-training moves to motivating Latin-American music that let you dance away your calories and tone and sculpt your body. Salsa-Aerobics is an incredibly fun, easy and effective class that will help you feel rejuvenated after a high-energy hour.
