Kelsey has been dancing since she was a kid focusing on the Hip Hop, Jazz and Modern dance forms. She minored in dance while studying in Oregon, and has choreographed, and competed extensively since the age of 16. Her passion is Hip Hop - both performance and street styles. She has more recently developed an interest in the Afro-cuban, Dancehall, and Raggajam forms and has taught at various studios in Salt Lake City, Portland, and now D.C. She likes to incorporate cardio fitness into her dances, so that attendees feel like they are getting a good workout and that is how she found Jordin’s!

Caroline is a former student at Jordin's Paradise who now instructs pole fitness classes. Growing up in Wisconsin, she danced competitively and took classes in a variety of styles of dance. In 2012, Caroline took her first pole class at JP on a whim and has been hooked ever since. She loves the strength, confidence, and community she has gained through pole fitness and seeks to inspire students to push their limits and meet their pole goals. Caroline works in public policy and enjoys shopping, exploring DC, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
Ashtar grew up in Massachusetts where, among other activities, she took dance and music lessons throughout her youth. She began studying the Spanish language in middle school, the love of which led her eventually to study in Costa Rica for a semester in college where she began learning about Latin dancing. After stress eating her way through college, her mother and sister encouraged her to attend Zumba classes with them in Western MA once she graduated in 2009 in efforts to lead a healthier lifestyle. The combination of catchy beats and funky, familiar steps and lyrics led to her Zumba addiction, so much so that she decided to get certified to continue spreading the Zumba fever! She loves that Zumba feels like a party, not a workout. That's what keeps her coming back for more!
